9ura.com is organizing a photo competition open to everyone. The theme of the competition will be Environments in the GCC (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Oman) and the categories for photo submissions are Culture, Nature, and Urban. 

     ينظم موقع صورة مسابقة تصويرلكل الفئات والأعمار والموضوع يختص بالبيئة في منطقة الخليج العربي (الكويت ، السعودية ، البحرين، قطر ، الإمارات العربية المتحدة ، وعمان) . تركز المسابقة على ثلاثة نواحي : الثقافة ، الطبيعة ، والمدن . تتيح المسابقة لأي مشارك أن يقدم صورة واحدة في كل من الفئات الثلاث

I received an invitation to attend the launch ceremony of this lovely idea, that brings an award to the Gulf area, to celebrate one of the new and hip VERY trendy activities... Photography. I have always seen awards as a great way to encourage creativity and increase productivity, in hope for a better more exciting photographic environment I wish that 9ura becomes a success :}

وصلتني دعوة لحضور حفل اطلاق الفكرة الجميلة اعلاه، و التي ستجلب جائزة تحتفي بنشاط جديد و دارج في منطقة الخليج ،، التصوير الفوتوغرافي . لطالما رأيت ان الجوائز تشجع الابداع و تزيد من الإنتاجية، و على امل ان تنشاء لدينا بيئة تصويرية افضل و مشوقة اكثر اتمنى "لصورة" النجاح
