I read the title and thought smiled for old days with some genuine Egyptian movies, and it turned out to be with no Nour Alshereef and Elham Shahin :)
That's amusing, looks like they were bitten by our KNCC translation bug back in 80s and 90s, I still can't forget their translation for "cliffhanger" to be رامبو المتسلق :)
