38 : H2O

Working on going back to high water intake during the day, I like drinking water and its very useful! The recommended for a female adult is around 2.2 litters, currently I'm hitting the 1.5-2 littler/ day intake which is good for me! However, over doing it is not nice, but also not easy :)  Moderation is good in everything, and water is a must. A couple of the many benefits you get is : less food consumption - hydrated skin & less acne and skin problems....

I think my subconscious thinks I'm a camel, because honestly I don't drink any water, which I know is really bad..
I used to drink lots of water and then I don't know what happened, gotta get back to that habit. Because at the rate I'm going, it wont lead to any good.

2.5 litres of water per day sounds a bit much when you are at work but that's what it takes to keep the system bouncing, and how. The body is known to adjust its physiologic requirement of water remarkably well provided you relieve yourself oftener by visiting the loo, say maybe every hour and a half or so.
That way you don't need to keep close tabs on the amount you drink.

Yes I noticed that when I drank more water, which made perfect sense that my body is balancing things out and clearing the kidneys on the way I guess, which is good :>

For women especially, because of a shorter urinary tract they need to void at frequent intervals than men. That way they can prevent stasis of urine in the bladder which is a known contributory factor to urinary tract infection. So the mantra is to drink more water and keep visiting the ladies more often.
