360 : Cinnamon


Cinnamon is a must with my white chocolate mocha, in any coffee shop. My love for Cinnamon started long ago, the smell and taste are simply amazing. Due to my love for this spice I decided to research it and here are some benefits:

NOW a favorite winter recipe for Milk & Cinnamon:

Heat milk
Mix some corn starch mixed with water [1/2 table spoon for each mug]
Add starch solution to warm milk and stir while cooking
Make sure you don't burn the milk :p
add ground cinnamon on top

voila :} yummy thick milk & cinnamon drink
